9am-3pm

Please note: Set up and pack down must conclude between 9am-3pm, we will aim to be packed down by 3pm to set up for our next event.

Before booking please read over our terms and conditions

  • -Built in strobe lighting

    -Smoke machine

    *All bookings come with a 25 meter extension cord

    • JBL 1000 bluetooth speaker. (Sound system package only)

  • -6.5 m (width) x 6 m (length) 4.3m (height)

    -Capacity 40-50 people standing/ dancing

    -Power requirements

    • Must be within 20 meters of a power source (preferably main power source ie; main house) or have a generator.

    • We need 2x power sockets to plug our cords into.

    -Set up area must not be set up on uneven ground or boggy areas. We require a flat surface to set up on. We do prefer if the tent is not set up in open and exposed areas

    -We need at least 1 meter clearance around the tent and at least 3 meters behind the tent for our blower (refer to measurements above)

    Set up occurs at 9am and roughly takes about 45 minutes to set up. Pack down occurs no later than 2.15pm all guests must have vacated the tent.

Full payment required within 30 days of your booking. We require a refundable deposit of $200. The deposit will be refunded, provided all equipment is returned undamaged after the event. This needs to be made into our account at least 48hrs prior to your event. You'll receive an email outlining our bank details and instructions
